Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using the Family Office Circle platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Family Office Circle regarding your use of the Platform. You represent that you have the authority to enter into these Terms personally or on behalf of the entity you represent.

Our Platform is designed exclusively for family offices and qualified individuals in the investment community. Membership is subject to the following conditions:

• You must apply for membership and receive approval from our team
• You must be at least 18 years of age
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• You must maintain current and accurate profile information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You may not share your account or transfer your membership to any other person or entity

Family Office Circle reserves the right to reject applications or terminate memberships at our sole discretion if we determine that participation could create regulatory issues, reputational concerns, or for any other reason.

All members must adhere to the following code of conduct:

• Treat all members with respect and professionalism
• Do not engage in harassment, discrimination, or bullying of any kind
• Do not post content that is unlawful, defamatory, or offensive
• Do not use the Platform for unauthorized solicitation or commercial activities
• Do not attempt to circumvent any security features or technical measures
• Respect the confidentiality of information shared by other members

Violations of this code may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of your membership, at our sole discretion.

The Platform facilitates the sharing of sensitive information between members. By using our services:

• You agree to maintain the confidentiality of information shared by other members that is not publicly available
• You understand that information you share may be viewed by other members
• You agree not to disclose confidential information to non-members without explicit permission
• You acknowledge that Family Office Circle is not responsible for actions of members who may breach confidentiality obligations

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Family Office Circle or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Content that you post, upload, or otherwise make available on the Platform:

• Remains your intellectual property
• Grants us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and distribute such content on our Platform
• Should not infringe on any third-party rights

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for membership in the preceding 12 months
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Platform
• We are not responsible for any business decisions or investments made based on information obtained through our Platform

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Family Office Circle is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If such negotiations fail, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an established alternative dispute resolution provider.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
